Jean Pate and Andrea Palochak have put together a newsletter
that is distributed at roundtable each month. To see the current

ScoutMail is used to send out late breaking news and information
about district and council events. If you were on ScoutMail prior

Committee Meetings
The monthly District Committee Meeting location is the Vista
Room at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Meetings take place
on the first Monday of each month to align with the Council structure.
The time is 5:30 p.m. Please encourage your chartered organization
representative to attend this meeting.

We are always in need of willing, energetic, fun-loving, Registered
Scouters to help staff the various training events and other activities
throughout the year. Whether you are interested in helping once
for a single event or joining the staff for training or any number
of annual events, we would like to hear from you.

you may drop it off at 204 E. 22nd Street in

If your unit is interested in signing up for the Good Turn for
America campaign, you must first contact our District Executive,

The is no Boy Scout Roundtable meeting during June or July.
Roundtable presents information on upcoming events, leader program
ideas, fun and fellowship! The Boy Scout RT invites SPL's to attend.

Welcome to John Coleman, Jr, our new Longs Peak Council Scout Executive. John has been a professional Scouter for 25 years, most recently serving as an Area Director in the BSA's Central Region.
John, his wife Margaret, and two daughters are moving here from Missouri.
Effective June 1, 2010: Youth Protection training is required for all registered volunteers.
-- New leaders are required to take Youth Protection training before they submit an application for registration.
-- Youth Protection training must be taken every two years. If a volunteer’s Youth Protection training record is not current at the time of recharter, the volunteer will not be reregistered.
Use the Incident Report Form to report any incidents (eg injury, property damage, near miss, traffic accident or youth protection) during any Scouting activity.
