* New Tour Plan Filing Rules
In response to concerns raised by unit leaders, the rules for filing a tour plan have been revised. Effective January 2, 2012, here are the new requirements.

JTE Gold Emblem
JTE emblems are available, to be ordered, at all 3 Council stores.
After you determine whether you need Gold, Silver or Bronze, call your nearest store to order.

* New Greeley Office Hours
The Council's Farr Service Center in Greeley is now open from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
We are now OPEN during lunch hour.
 
* Project SOAR 2012 Soar Patch
The 2012 SOAR Patch features the Golden Eagle, as a tribute to the 100th Anniversary of the first Eagle Scout Award badge in 1912.
It will be first be available at the Fort Robinson Tree Plant.

* BDSR Conservation Easement
The wonderful natural environment of the 3,201 acre Ben Delatour Scout Ranch is now essentially protected forever from development.
A huge thanks to those who worked for 7 years to make this happen!

* Eagle Service Projects
Eagle Scout rank requirement 5 has been reworded, and the BSA has a new Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook to support the change.
Starting January 1st, Eagle Scout candidates must use the new workbook.

The Council Risk Management Committee has published new Guidelines for the Use and Rental of Inflatable Jumpers, Bounce Houses, and Slides
