New Tour Plan Filing Rules
- In response to concerns raised by unit leaders, the rules for filing a tour plan have been revised. Effective January 2, 2012, here are the new requirements.

Project SOAR 2012
- The 2012 SOAR Patch features the Golden Eagle, as a tribute to the 100th Anniversary of the first Eagle Scout Award badge in 1912.
