Cost
- $28 per person - early bird - reservation and payment received by March 8th
- $38 per person - reservation or payment received after March 8th
- All reservations are due by March 15th.
No reservations will be accepted after March 15th.

- Leadville Chicken Fried Steak
- Tender chopped sirloin is wrapped in a crispy crust
and topped with a mild green chili cream sauce.
Paired with wild rice blend and steamed vegetables.

- Savory herb roasted chicken breast is roasted and
topped with a mild green chili cream sauce. Paired
with wild rice blend and steamed vegetables.

- Stuffed Poblano Pepper *
- A plump, juicy Poblano pepper is stuffed with quinoa,
roasted tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cilantro.
Served with steamed vegetables.
