Religious Emblems

   Square Knot
A Scout is Reverent ... Scouts are encouraged to learn more about their Duty to God by earning the Religious Emblem of their faith. These programs are offered by many churches -- check with your pastor.

Upon completion of the Religious Emblem curriculum, a Scout is presented his medal in a church service, and may wear the purple religious knot on his uniform.
