Camp Patiya Campsites

Lost Arrow
This is a great camp site for a small troop, hidden in the trees just West of the wooden teepee. You'll find that this site gives you lots of cool shade on those hot days along with the separation that you might like when others are in the camp. This site will hold about 14 people.
Hebner
This site is located at the South West end of the camp. It also has the covered cook shelter along with 5 fire pits for the troops or packs wanting to teach cooking skills. It is also the closest to the fire ring and may have other passing by to get to the ring. Up on a hill this sight warms up nicely during the early spring and late fall. Can get a little windy.
This site will hold 36 to 40 people.
Hess
Located East of Hebner, this site is great for a large group. Hess has large open spot for the bigger tents along with nice morning shade.
This site will hold 30 to 36 people.
+ Combine Hebner And Hess +
For large packs and the cook shed at Hebner.
For use of 50 or so people.
Arapahoe
Also known as the wooden teepee, this site is a fun site for younger scouts, its also close to the latrines and a short walk to Nixon Lodge.
This site will hold about 20 people.
Fisher
Large open camping great for packs and large troops, This site is also close to the latrines and Nixon Hall.
This site will hold 30 to 40 people.
+ Combine Arapahoe and Fisher +
Add the cook shelter at Nixon Lodge.
For use of 50 or so people.
North Star
Located North of Nixon Lodge, North Star is recommended for older scouts and Venture crews, This site is made on wooden plate forms that hold about five people each. Great for sleeping under the stars. You may throw a tarp over the beam or rig a fly to take care of the sun or rain.
This area has a few places to pitch a small tent and will hold about 10 people.
Tumblin
Located on the north side of the road going into the camp, Tumblin sit on a slight slope, good for small one or two men tents, close to the rest rooms and bath house.
This site will hold about 10 people.
Waphaton
In the summer this is the HQ for the OA chapter when they are up working at the camp, When they are not, this site has many good tent site just South of the A frame. This site can only be requested by contacting the OA adviser in order to ensure they are not using it. Otherwise both the camping spots and A frame are clear to use.
A Frame will hold 6 to 8 people and the camp site will hold 12 to 20.
Nancy Nixon Lodge
Holds 10 to 14 people.
