Fall Weekends Registration

Who Can Attend
As a Den or PackAs Parent/SonAs a Family

When you register as a Den or Pack, you must have at least 1 adult for each 5 Scouts, with a minimum of 2 adults:
  • 2 adults for 1-10 Scouts
  • 3 adults for 11-15 Scout
  • 4 adults for 16-20 Scouts
  • etc
At least one Adult must be 21 or older.
When you register as parent/son, you must have one or both parents with one or more of their own Scouts.When you register as family, you must have one or both parents with one or more of their own Scouts and optionally their other children.
You can NOT register an individual Scout. A Scout without his parent may attend with a den or pack group, but that registration must be done as a group. We will not accept individual registrations.

When you submit the form, a PayPal form will come up where you must pay with either a credit card or with your PayPal account.

If you register online, you must pay online -- If you do not want to pay online, please use the paper method.

(There is no additional fee for registering and paying online.)

Print out the registration form below, fill it out and send it to the Council office:
  • In person at the Greeley Office - Bring your check or credit card to:

  • By Mail - Enclose your check or write your credit card number and expiration date clearly on the registration form. Mail to:

If you need to register different groups for different sessions, please submit a different form for each group.

If you are not certain about your registration numbers, do not submit your registration at this time. Once you submit your numbers, there are no refunds of the non-refundable fees at any time. The Refund Policy explains how much refund you would receive, based on how far in advance you cancel.
