Payment and Refund Policy

Jack Nicol Cub Scout Camp

Payments

  • Your full payment is due when you register.
  • If you are registering as a Den/Pack, you have the option of paying 1/2 the fee when you register and the balance by June 1st.

Refunds

  • $10 per person, per night is non-refundable at any time. (For instance, if you are attending a two-night Family Camp session, $20 per person is non-refundable; if you are attending a three-night Webelos session, $30 per person is non-refundable; etc.)
  • Cancellations made more than 30 calendar days prior to the session will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable amount.
  • Cancellations made 14 to 30 calendar days prior to the session will receive 1/2 of the balance less the non-refundable amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days prior to the session are not refundable in any amount.
  • Refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons will be considered with a letter from the doctor stating the medical reason for the participants inability to attend.
