2010 Longs Peak Council Camps Payment and Refund Policy
Camp Payment Schedule
- A $50 per person (Scouts and adults) non-refundable deposit is required when you make your reservation.
- If you register online, you must pay the deposit online at the same time (with credit card or PayPal account).
- "Paper" reservations must include a check or credit card information.
- Half the balance is due February 1, 2010.
- The balance is due April 30, 2010.
- Fees paid after April 30, 2010 will incur a $25 per person late fee.
- (Mailed payments will be
determined by postmark date, all others by actual date received.)
Discounts:
- Longs Peak Council Troops reaching their Friends of Scouting Camp Goal
by April 1 will receive an additional $25.00 per Scout discount.
Refund Policy
- All Reservation Deposit Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable.
- Cancellations prior to April 30, 2010 are refunded at 100% (less the deposit fee).
- There is NO REFUND for cancellations after April 30 or no-shows at camp.
(This includes numbers registered, but not yet paid for. If you have
made a reservation for more Scouts and/or leaders than you have paid
in full, you will be charged those fees at check-in.)
