Here are some important Longs Peak Council Popcorn Dates

  • July and August District Kickoffs
  • Saturday, September 13 Show 'n Deliver Pickup date #1
  • Saturday, September 20 Official Start of Sale
    (Take Order and Show 'n Sell)
  • Saturday, September 27 Show 'n Deliver Pickup date #2
  • Tuesday, September 30 1st Fill It up Drawing
  • Tuesday, October 7 2nd Fill It up Drawing
  • Saturday, October 11 Show 'n Deliver Pickup or return
  • Tuesday, October 14 3rd Fill It up Drawing
  • Saturday, October 18 Popcorn Sale Ends
    (UNIT CHAIRS set your unit turn in date for your Scouts AFTER the 18th, let them sell through the 18th. A suggestion would be for your Scouts to give you their take orders on the 20th , giving you time to process orders & chase down missing orders prior to the 28th.)
  • Saturday, October 25 Return left-over Show 'n Deliver
  • Tuesday, October 28 All orders (popcorn & prizes) due to district offices
    (Prize orders placed after this date will be charged to the unit account, this includes prize changes & additions.)
  • Saturday, November 15 Popcorn Pickup Day
  • Wednesday, December 3 Money due to your District on or before 12/3

   These are in Excel spreadsheet or pdf format. Some are very large files and may take awhile to download.

Please fill out the spreadsheets on your computer if you have access to Excel. It makes it easier for everyone, eliminates math mistakes and is easy to update.

Order and Tracking Forms

  • Unit Master Record - units may use this form to track the summary of their total orders and money

  • Unit Order and Settlement Form - For units to use for final tabulation of unit sales

  • Unit Product Receipt - units use to acknowledge receipt of popcorn
    (xls format)

Prize Forms

  • $750 Club Drawing Form - use this form to list Scouts who have least $750 in popcorn sales

  • $1500 Prize Form - use this form to list Scouts who have least $1500 in popcorn sales
  • Scholarship Form - Guidelines and Form to apply for the Trails End Scholarship
    To initially qualify as a Participating Scout, an applicant must: (a) be a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America; (b) have sold a minimum $2,500.00 in retail sales for a given Sale Period. Please see the guidelines for more infomation pertaining to this scholarship.
