The Event

It is time to get out the shotguns for fun, camaraderie, and fleeting glory for the benefit of the Boy Scouts. Serious shooters and novices will both enjoy this sport, often called "golf with a shotgun".

The Annual Clay Shooter's Classic is a team competition where each 4-person team rotates through 15 stations, shooting a total of 150 clay targets. Both team and individual scores are recorded. Mulligans (extra shots) are sold for those in need of a little extra help.

Special Awards and Prizes go to the top three teams and winners. Door Prizes and auction of high-quality outdoor and shooting gear highlight the lunch-time.

Rules and map will be mailed to players upon receipt of registration form.

Event Schedule

8:00 am - Sign-In & Continental Breakfast at the Clubhouse
8:00-9:00 am - Warm Up and Practice
9:00-10:15 am - Top Gun (PIG) Championship (optional with a $20 entry fee)
10:15 - Safety Briefing at the Clubhouse
10:30 - Sporting Clays Event
1:00 - Lunch & Awards
