- Maybe not FrontPage, Word, etc - makes small page big
- Frames - Just Say No
- Avoid Flashy Animation and Gimmicks
- Efficient Picture and Graphic formats
- Printable (Light on Dark is problem)
- If more than one page - consistent style, template
- More Information on Usability
