We are excited to offer a Longs Peak Council Trainer Development Conference

The Trainer Development Conference will introduce you to the world of training. The why's and how's we train leaders, how adults learn, characteristics of good trainers, planning, training techniques and delivery methods. This course is for anyone interested in becoming a trainer and joining a District Training Team.

Prerequisites:Attendees must have
  • Current Youth Protection
  • Completed Fast Start and Specific Leader Training for their position.
For example, Den Leaders will need to show Den Leader Fast Start, Den Leader Specific, This is Scouting, and Youth Protection certificates and/or training record cards.
Registration:Prior on-line registration (below) is required.
Deadline for registration is April 18th, 2012.
